We weavers have Merged ourselves into a community and set an ambitious goal using the advancement of technology that enables the weaver and customer to be on a single platform on our website, with more than 10000+ happy customers. we are won't accept returns unless until if We have send a damaged / wrong product sent to you. Strictly no returns / no replacement will be taken for the slight colour variation or feel of the material as we use the pure and fine quality silk, cotton and silk cotton for weaving our sarees. we take all effort to reproduce the same colour, there will a colour variation due to the device pixel or device temperature or due to the screen brightness. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp 9581025988. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Before packing we will be inspecting all our product and do quality check all our products for any damage. if in case if you received a damaged product kindly notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
Refunds for incorrect or damaged products will be granted within 48 hours of IkkatHub receiving the merchandise.
