We have a refund and an exchange policy. 

We have a 5-day exchange or refund for all costumes. We will accept exchanges only with a manufacturing fault, damaged in shipment, or dispatch of the incorrect item.

If the garment made by you is of a unique color, then you realized it.

Note: We choose the ultimate care to photograph our products as close to the product as we can, but note that a 5-10% deviation is unavoidable because of the digital image processing margin.

The product should be courier back to Ikkathub within 5 days of receipt of the same. The garment must be in its original unused condition to exchange. The garment should also be deliver back in the original packaging with the bills, unboxing video with 360 degrees with to & from address and tags intact.


We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

1. Once fall & Pico done, or they stitch blouse for you

2. Product not in its original condition or used. 

3. Return requests after 5 days of delivery are not accept.

 

How to return an item

Email should express your exchange request to info@ikkathub.com within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel, along with a product picture and soft copy of the opening video and invoice.

We will acknowledge your return. We will negotiate for the return, then you can dispatch the product after they accept your return request.

Your item which returned must reach us in its original unused condition within 5 days of receipt of shipment

Returned Courier item to: We will provided courier address details to your request mail id. 


Refunds

Once your return received, you will receive an email of acknowledgment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. They convert refunds back in the payment system used for the transaction.

You can also elect for any other product of your favorite in exchange if you so prefer.

 

Late or missing refunds:

We will mail you with refund transaction detail promptly.   Please be conscious that your refunds might frequently take more time to show in your account due to the posting process/schedules by various Banks & Credit card companies.  We will be there constantly to work with you to resolve if such a situation arise. This is unlikely to happen though.
